Rockets and Hot Wings

It's been a good day. Cartoons all morning, afternoon was spent launching rockets into the grey sky, and then some hot wings at Wingers. It's so nice to have Daddy home with us for a few hours.

The "reality" of our day: we watched cartoons all morning because mommy and daddy were exhausted. We were up watching Prison Break (our new TV series addiction) and the BYU game til 2:00am... and then Bryan got called into the hospital, returning home around 5:00am.

The rocket launching really was lots of fun, and successful since no one was hurt and no houses were attacked by falling rockets.

We went to Wingers for a late lunch because the boys saw the bad guy on Fineas and Ferb eat "hot wings" this morning and wanted to know what they were. Cason threw up his hot wings all over his chair. And then Bryan got called into the hospital again.

I'm sure we'll be up late again tonight when he gets back (watching Prison Break and BYU play again). Maybe tomorrow our kids will suddenly figure out that Sunday is a day of REST and let us take a nap. Probably not, but a tired mom can dream :)
