The fall fun season is here! Decorations are up, costumes have been purchased and after tonight's Family Home Evening, we have pumpkins to carve.
Last year we grew our own pumpkins, but sadly, it was an utter failure this year. So, off to the pumpkin patch we went!
Tessa, who usually would follow the boys wherever they went, chose to sit next to the pile of pumpkins and let the boys bring them to her. She wasn't too sure about the whole patch thing.
The boys on the other hand tromped through it all looking for their perfect pumpkin. Brans pushed and rolled his half way across the patch all by himself, tough guy.
Cason was just determined to find a pumpkin that he could carry himself, thus he has the smallest one, well besides Tessa's baby one (Tessa's is the pumpkin in the picture).
Tessa thought the cart was cool too. She got to ride everywhere instead of walk, the perks of being the girl.
Th boys can't wait to carve their pumpkins and toast the seeds. I'm kinda excited about it too... and the pumpkin bread I need to bake, and the halloween dinners I want to put on, and the carmel apples we need to make, oh the list goes on :)
