Though I was totally missing my Oklahoma gang at the cute Edmond parade, I have to admit the cool weather and massive amounts of candy at this UT parade was pretty great.
After the parade the party began at Nanna and Gunka's house. Lots of food, lots of swimming (the boys swam for about 5 hours!), lots of fun people.
And then it was time for the fireworks display, put on by Daddy and Gunka!
We were so exhausted that there was NO WAY we could've stayed up to take the boys to the firworks show that night. Next year... when there's not a baby sucking every last speck of energy out of my body. But sparklers seemed to keep the little folks happy enough.
Happy 4th! (well technically all this happened on the 3rd) Hope you all were up to your eyeballs in watermelon!
