Welcome Home Elder Christensen!

This past week we flew to UT for the homecoming of my brother n law Chad. He was on a 2 year mission for our Church in Singapore. We had been planning for days for his arrival! We tied yellow ribbons and balloons on fences, trees and mailboxes, made some of his favorite foods, and painted signs to take with us to the airport. He was to arrive at 7:18 pm. At 4:00 pm we got a call from Chad (Elder Christensen) telling us he arrived early at the SLC airport!!! Poor Elder Christensen got off his 24+ hour plane ride and had no family there to greet him! The entire family sprang into action and drove as fast as we could to pick him up.
. Trudy (mom of Elder C) was SOOOOO excited!!

Heading into the airport, everyone was checking to see if he was on the curb waiting for us.

Ty was super excited to see Chad. He was only 2 when he left, but Ty remembered him.

Proud Mama!

Not the arrival we planned for, but at least he's home! We're so proud of you Chad!

Um, you can't even tell Bryan and Chad are brothers except they look exactly the same!
