Christensen Family Garden Attempt Year 1. The boys have been asking for weeks when we would plant our garden. Well after weeks of absolute downpours of rain, we got a sunny Saturday to begin. The boys were so excited and ready to help.
Tessa got to watch it all from her high chair. This is her new cheesey scrunchy nosed smile.
The boys really started out working hard. But I don't think they realized what really went into getting a garden ready BEFORE the actual seed planting.
Ty stuck it out the longest.
After the few hours of prep the boys were happy to come back and help with the seed planting. Now I'll hear weeks of questions about when the vegetables will be ready to eat.
Tessa got her hands (and mouth) dirty too.
We're all happy about our new garden. Let's see if anything actually grows.
